Job Title: Proposals Engineer Location: Northumberland Are you a detail-driven engineer with a passion for delivering winning proposals in the subsea sector? Key Responsibilities: Prepare high-quality technical and commercial proposals in response to client tenders and RFQs. Liaise with internal departments (engineering, project management, commercial, and supply chain) to compile accurate and competitive bid packages. Evaluate client specifications and identify risks, opportunities, and compliance gaps. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and technical inputs. Support bid strategy development, including pricing models, value propositions, and bid clarifications. Assist in client negotiations and post-submission clarifications as required. Requirements: Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline. Experience in a proposals, tendering, or project engineering role within the subsea, oil and gas, or offshore energy sector. Strong understanding of subsea equipment, installation methods, or offshore construction services. Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
