At Fawkes & Reece we are assisting a Tier 2 Contractor with their search for a Proposals Coordinator to join their pre-construction and work winning team. Assisting with the formatting and organisation of bids, proposals and tenders.

About the role of Proposals Coordinator

As Proposals Coordinator you will support this Tier 2 contractor with their bids, tenders and proposals submissions on projects up to -30M across the education, leisure & health care sector across the southwest.

Responsibilities for Proposals Coordinator

• Manage and maintain client bidding portals collating and uploading relevant information as required

• Provide design specifications and collate and coordinate branding in line with the business branding and specifications

• Ability to capture, collate and present relevant information throughout submission and case studies

Requirements for Proposals Coordinator

• Previous experience working in a similar role with examples of previous proposals and bid submissions

• Knowledge of using procurement portals, InDesign, SharePoint & MS Packages

• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct in-depth research whilst working to tight deadlines
