Property Manager 

• Basic salary up to £32,000 depending on experience.  
• Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays from 8.30am to 4.00pm with then a full day off in lieu (5 day working week).  
• You should be working within Residential Property Management. 
• Primarily, the successful individual will be dealing with all maintenance based issues on a property portfolio.

Property Manager 

• Managing maintenance issues reporting back to both the landlord and tenant. 
• Co-ordinating contractor diaries and ensuring reported maintenance issues are attended to and remedied in a timely fashion. 
• Obtain maintenance quotes where necessary. 
• Authorise invoices and utility bills. 
• Deal with all landlord and tenant correspondence. 
• Send out check out reports and negotiate deposit returns. 
• Deal with initial complaints at early stages, where appropriate and able. 
• Referral of sales leads. 

Property Manager 

• A problem solver and someone who can diagnose basic repairs so as not to waste time. 
• Excellent telephone manner. 
• Good listening and communication skills. 
• Ability to problem solve and diffuse situations. 
• Professional approach to customer service. 
• Strong time management skills. 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products, Word, Excel, Teams. 
• Can-do attitude.
