Realistic on target earnings of £30,000 to £32,000. Working Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm. The successful candidate who fulfils this varied role will spend much of each working day visiting properties to undertake various tasks which include the production of condition inspections to ensure they remain in good condition, produce reports to evidence and dispatch to the relevant landlord. Property Inspector Via bespoke software held on an iPad, compile detailed reports which record the overall condition of a property prior to any tenants moving in. Re-visiting the properties midway through an active tenancy to check on the condition, produce a brief report and then dispatch this to the relevant landlord concerned. Discussing with the tenants in occupation any maintenance-based issues that may be evident. Where relevant, liaising with our Property Managers to ensure maintenance based issues are resolved.
