You will help run day-to-day rental operations smoothly by assisting with viewings and showing properties to prospective tenants across a day to day period. Key Responsibilities Tenant Progression:  Process tenancy applications, conduct tenant referencing, and complete Right to Rent checks. Viewings clerk management: Supporting with the viewing of properties. Documentation:  Prepare tenancy agreements, register deposits, and ensure all compliance documents are up to date.
