      <description>Location: Colchester | Salary: 12.82-12.82 Hourly | Type: Temporary | A client of ours in the outskirts of Colchester are recruiting a Property Valuer to join their team. This is a full-time temporary-permanent position working Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm and paying up to 12.82 per hour, plus commission after probation.Your key duties in this Property Valuer role will include but are not limited to:Conduct property valuationsPrepare accurate valuation reportsAssess a variety of property types across the UKEnsure reports are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescalesLiaise with clients and colleagues to obtain relevant property informationMaintain accurate records and support the delivery of exceptional client serviceSkills and Experience required to be considered for this role:Previous experience within estate agency, property valuations or a similar property-related environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage workload effectively and meet deadlinesPositive, professional and team-focused approachGreat benefits to working for this company include: 300 per month commission when targets are achieved (following probation)Pension contributionsBirthday offAnnual Su...</description>
