      <description>Location: City | Salary: 28000.00-28000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | SF Partners are supporting a Birmingham based client in their recruitment of a Property Valuer. The role sits within a brilliant, supportive team with a good commission structure and potential for career growth.  Salary: £28,000-£29,000 plus commission Working pattern: full time site based Monday to Friday  Details include:  Responsible for converting leads into instructions, managing relationships, and growing a network of partnered agents to drive consistent deal flow.  1. New Leads  Respond quickly (ideally within 2 hours) Qualify seller, property, and motivation Book valuations and provide initial market guidance2. Existing Leads  Follow up consistently Provide market updates and comparable insights Handle objections and move toward instruction3. Partnered Agents  Maintain strong relationships and clear communication Provide updates on referred clients Ensure smooth process and protect partnerships4. New Partner Agents  Identify and approach potential partners Present clear value and agree terms Onboard and maintain relationships</description>
