Property Underwriter

A financial services organisation in north Bristol is currently recruiting a Property Underwriter to join their team. Duties will include: Assess and underwrite loan applications Assess and resolve risk or any issues with applications Approve and reject applications in line with policy and mandate Recommend loans to Head of Lending where they fall outside of mandate Review valuation reports Asses credit reports and ensure applications are verified Liaise with brokers, borrowers and other professional partners Previous experience of working in underwriting is essential.
