Property Systems Programme Officer

Role Overview To co-ordinate and deliver implementation of new corporate property management systems including an up-to-date and user-friendly asset register. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver an implementation plan for corporate property systems, to be delivered by end 2026/27. Ensure integrity of core property data, including asset register. Monitor progress, resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective action. Manage communications with all stakeholders system users, property occupiers and residents. Liaise with MBC IT staff and external systems providers. Monitor the implementation plan to ensure that it is delivered within agreed time parameters and within budget.
