The successful candidate will work within the Housing Services team, supporting the delivery of property surveying, repairs, maintenance and investment programmes across the Council''s housing stock. The role will involve carrying out property inspections, identifying defects and remedial works, supporting planned and reactive maintenance, overseeing contractors and ensuring works are delivered to the required quality and technical standards.
