You will undertake regularly programmed pre and post work inspections and monitor quality and performance standards to ensure property maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with Health and Safety Legislation, relevant Codes of Practise and appropriate Quality Standards. You will also support the stock condition programme, HHSRS, Empty properties and all associated survey work.
