We''re ambitious with plans to build more homes, regenerate local areas and invest in our properties. We now have a vacancy for a Property Surveyor to join our Asset and Development team. You will undertake regularly programmed pre and post work inspections and monitor quality and performance standards to ensure property maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with Health and Safety Legislation, relevant Codes of Practise and appropriate Quality Standards. You will also support the stock condition programme, HHSRS, Empty properties and all associated survey work. The role will also assist in the monitoring of any subcontracted work relating to any maintenance, compliance, programmed or improvement works on behalf of the Trust.
