You''ll identify building defects, diagnose repairs and oversee work to ensure quality, compliance and value for money. You''ll work closely with internal teams and external contractors, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and health and safety standards. This is a customer-facing role where your ability to communicate clearly and resolve issues will be key to delivering excellent service.
