This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified surveyor with a strong understanding of asset management, building safety, and housing compliance to play a key role in maintaining and improving our homes. Location: Hybrid with regular travel- Salary: -56,650 per annum Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (occasional evening and weekend work may be required) - Key Responsibilities Undertake stock condition surveys and property inspections. Produce detailed survey and inspection reports using asset management systems. Develop and support delivery of major works, planned maintenance, and cyclical programmes. Prepare specifications, tender documentation, and oversee contract delivery. Carry out site inspections to ensure quality, compliance, and value for money. Support the development of 5-year investment and asset management plans. Undertake HHSRS inspections and provide recommendations. Maintain accurate asset and compliance records.
