This is a varied and rewarding role where you will undertake property inspections, diagnose defects, prepare specifications, and support the delivery of capital and remedial works. Working closely with senior surveyors and operational teams, you will provide technical expertise across repairs, damp and mould cases, building defects, void properties, and condition surveys, helping to ensure homes remain safe, compliant, and well maintained. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a range of property inspections including responsive repairs, damp and mould investigations, HHSRS hazards, voids, building defects and condition surveys.
