Your role will centre around stakeholder engagement, ensuring that every adaptation project is delivered with empathy, efficiency, and impact.What You ll Be Doing:Acting as the main point of contact for residents requiring adaptations to their homes.Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including social care teams, contractors, and suppliers.Coordinating assessments, approvals, and installations of aids and adaptations.Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.Championing inclusive design and accessibility across housing services.What They re Looking For:A people-first mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience ..... full job details .....
