Property Surveyor Cornwall Contract role, 8am-5pm, £27 - £32 per hour The Company: Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the built environment from executive to operative level. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for Property Surveyors based in Cornwall. Day to Day duties of the Property Surveyor: Carry out technical planned maintenance surveys in a social housing setting Providing technical advice and ensuring compliance with building regulations and health and safety requirements. Building strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams. Write up technical reports, giving recommendations for completing works.
