This field-based role involves extensive travel across the region, attending multiple sites each day to carry out property security and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include alarm installation (wireless alarms, no electrical work involved) and maintenance, utility isolation, property boarding, and general security works to ensure properties remain safe, secure, and compliant. Key Responsibilities Install, test, maintain, and remove temporary intruder alarms and security systems. Switch off utility services, including electrical power, water, and gas where required and authorised. Board up doors, windows, and other access points to secure vacant properties. Carry out on-site inspections and report on any issues identified. Fit and maintain temporary security measures, including shutters, barriers, and fencing. Conduct minor repairs and maintenance works to ensure properties remain secure and presentable.
