You will investigate housing disrepair complaints, conduct inspections (including HMOs and caravan sites), and take enforcement action to ensure compliance with housing legislation. Additionally, you will identify and bring empty homes back into use and maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities: Conduct inspections of residential properties, HMOs, and caravan sites, using the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS).
