Our Client is committed to delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality homes that empower residents to live safely, independently, and with dignity.Job Purpose As a Property Standards and Compliance Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our properties meet legislative requirements, organisational standards, and residents'' expectations. You will coordinate property inspections, repairs, maintenance, contractor performance, and statutory compliance across the property portfolio.Key Responsibilities Carry out routine, scheduled, and responsive property inspections, identifying repairs, maintenance needs, and compliance issues.Coordinate repairs from initial identification through to completion, ensuring work is prioritised and completed to a high standard.Support compliance with statutory requirements, including fire, gas, electrical safety, water hygiene, and health and safety legislation.Develop and maintain effective relationships with contractors, residents, and colleagues.Maintain accurate ..... full job details .....
