Property Solicitor/CILEX Lawyer | Legal 500 | Gloucestershire | Broad Caseload | Free ParkingInterested in an opportunity to join a highly respected, well-established and growing practice in Cirencester. The property team includes 3 Partners (including the Head of Property), 2 Solicitors, an Associate Conveyancing Executive, a Trainee Solicitor, and a Paralegal. You’ll be part of a close-knit team where your contribution matters and support is readily available.

Responsibilities

Manage your own residential property files with no hand-holding, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, shared ownership, and help-to-buy.

There is scope to broaden practice to commercial property matters alongside experienced lawyers.

Deliver personal, tailored advice to clients, reflecting the firm’s client-focused approach.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years\\'' PQE, with the ability to manage a conveyancing or commercial caseload independently.

Strong organisation, accuracy and a proactive, positive approach.
