Property Solicitor

Nelson Bridges has been retained by an excellent firm of Solicitors in Hexham to appoint a Conveyancing Solicitor who will become an integral part of the team.

The role:

You will be responsible for your own caseload of Residential and Commercial matters including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, leases, transfers of equity, and other general property matters under supervision.

You will be able to deal directly with clients to take instructions and ensure full understanding in order to deliver on client expectations.

An ability to deal with all aspects of Agricultural Law, including sales and purchases, FBT / AHA and business sale and purchase agreements would be desirable but not essential.

You will work closely with Partners to develop client relationship skills and effectively scope and price work.
