They have a growing Property team based in Leeds.DescriptionThe Property Solicitor will be: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of asset management documents including leases, licences and variations Managing transactions such as lease grants, renewals, assignments and terminations Dealing with the ongoing management of client property portfolios in line with regulatory and operational requirements Working closely with client legal, estates and operational teams to deliver a seamless service Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice aligned to client objectives Managing a varied caseload efficiently while maintaining high service standards Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisorProfileThe Property Solicitor should be: A solicitor or equivalent with 0-3 years PQE Experienced or interested in commercial property and asset management work Commercially minded ..... full job details .....
