Property Solicitor / Legal Executive (NQ – 2 PQE)
Devon - Up to £50,000 per annum
A niche, purpose-led law firm in Devon is seeking a Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their friendly, collaborative team.
The role:
- Commercial and residential property matters
- Drafting and negotiating leases and transfers
- Title reviews and Land Registry work
- Gradually managing your own caseload (mentored and supported)
The candidate:
- Newly qualified or 1–2 PQE property lawyer
- Positive, solution-focused, and keen to learn
- Organised with attention to detail
Salary: up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5/week
