Property SolicitorA west London based law firm is looking for a Property Solicitor/Legal Executive.The firm offers high quality work, hybrid working and an excellent culture.

The firm hasbeen established for over 100 years and due its extensive client base, you will have the opportunity to work on highly desirable commercial property/real estate matters if you wish (commercial property experience is not required for this role).

Matters you will assist with include:- Freehold and leasehold- Sales and purchases- Transfers of equity

As mentioned above you will have the opportunity, if you wish, it work on commercial files including leases, acquisitions and disposals.

You will:- Have 2+ PQE in residential conveyancing in a UK law firm (this is essential)- Live in west London/Middlesex/Surrey- Have good academics
