This role offers a varied caseload across commercial property, open spaces, community assets, and housing-related matters, alongside the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues. Key Responsibilities Managing a range of commercial property transactions, including leases, lease renewals, easements, wayleaves, disposals, and acquisitions. Advising on housing-related matters such as Right to Buy, Shared Ownership, lease extensions, and property acquisitions. Drafting and reviewing legal documentation and reports. Providing clear legal advice to stakeholders and supporting decision-making processes. Issuing First Homes Scheme certifications. Mentoring and supporting junior members of the legal team.
