Property Solicitor - Commercial Property

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join awell-established legal firm, providing a broad range of legal services in a friendly, client-focused environment.As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you will handle a varied range of commercial property matters, including advising on commercial property acquisitions and disposals. This role offers hybrid working options, salary range of £50,000 £65,000 (DOE) plus bonus and benefits. This role offers a relocation package.The role is preferably based in Hereford, although Leominster may also be considered.You will be responsible for:Managing your own commercial property caseloadHandling commercial leases and lease renewalsAdvising landlords and tenants on commercial property mattersDealing with agricultural and rural property transactionsAdvising on matters involving agricultural landHandling property-related partnership agreements where appropriateUndertaking due diligence, title investigations and drafting legal documentationLiaising with clients, agents, lenders and other professional advisersBuilding long-term client relationships and contributing to the growth of the departmentWhat we are looking for:Essential:Previously worked as a Commercial Property Lawyer, Commercial Property Solicitor, Property Solicitor, Property Lawyer, Chartered Legal Executive or in a similar role.Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or equivalent.Possess commercial property experience.Ability to independently ..... full job details .....
