Key Responsibilities• You will be responsible for managing a caseload on a day-to-day basis which includes all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from instruction to completion.• Taking instructions, keeping accurate file notes, communicating with clients and 3rd parties, and completing tasks. You will draft legal documents including Standard Precedent Letters, Contract Packs, Title Reports, Exchange and Completion letters, general correspondence, and Land Registry and HMRC forms.• Carry out Pre-completion, Land Registry and Conveyancing searches accurately and timely.
