This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a confident property professional with social housing experience, strong people-management skills and the ability to resolve complex issues and drive performance.Key Responsibilities Lead and support four Property Administrators across a portfolio of c.1,800 properties. Monitor workloads, KPIs, outstanding actions and escalations. Resolve complex landlord, tenant and property matters. Manage complaints, disputes and escalated cases.
