This role is responsible for delivering effective property and asset management services, ensuring compliance, and supporting wider organisational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver property services and asset management within a social housing environmentManage contracts and ensure compliance with regulatory standardsWork collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholdersEnsure adherence to NRoSH and Housing Ombudsman requirementsLead, coach and support colleaguesManage data, reporting and workloads to meet deadlinesIdentify solutions and contribute to wider business objectivesRequirementsMinimum 3 years'' experience in a similar social housing roleStrong knowledge of property/asset and contract managementUnderstanding of NRoSH and Housing Ombudsman standardsProven leadership and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong organisational, IT and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in coaching and developing teamsFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicleAbility to pass an Enhanced DBS check and undertake trainingDesirable:Relevant housing, construction or building qualification, or willingness to work towards one Please apply today or call our office for more information on . ..... full job details .....
