This role offers the opportunity for extension and longer-term stability through to March 2027. Your new role You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of an efficient and customer-focused property and repairs service. Working within a fast-paced team, you will be responsible for coordinating repairs, liaising with tenants and contractors and ensuring excellent service delivery in line with organisational standards and KPIs. Act as a first point of contact for repairs and property-related enquiries Raise and manage works orders in line with agreed procedures.
