Property Services Assistant
Your new company We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Property Services Assistant to join a busy housing association on a temporary basis, with an immediate start available. This role offers the opportunity for extension and longer-term stability through to March 2027.Your new role You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of an efficient and customer-focused property and repairs service. Working within a fast-paced team, you will be responsible for coordinating repairs, liaising with tenants and contractors and ensuring excellent service delivery in line with organisational standards and KPIs.Act as a first point of contact for repairs and property-related enquiriesRaise and manage works orders in line with agreed procedures.Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to schedule and progress repairsMonitor jobs to ensure completion within agreed timescales and service level agreements (SLAs)Maintain accurate records and update housing management/repairs systemsProvide high-quality customer service across phone, email, and digital channelsWhat you''ll need to succeed Previous experience in a housing, property services, or repairs environment is highly desirable.Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workloadExcellent communication skills and a customer-focused approachExperience working with repairs systems or scheduling/planning roles is advantageous.Ability to work independently and as part of ..... full job details .....
