The Property Services and Operational Manager will be based in our offices in St Helens. Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households. To act as site responsible person by carrying out and maintaining risk assessments and implementing appropriate measures to minimise the risk to staff, service users, visitors and premises in accordance with Adullam''s Health and Safety policies.
