Property Sales Support and Office Coordinator

A well-established and highly regarded property company based in W1 is looking for a Property Sales Support and Office Coordinator to join their team. This is a varied and hands-on role supporting a successful sales team, with additional PA support to the CEO and responsibility for helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.This fantastic opportunity offers 25 days'' holiday plus bank holidays and private medical insurance. The role is Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, fully office-based in W1, offering the opportunity to work within an established property business in a varied role with excellent exposure to senior management and a successful sales team.The Role:Supporting a dynamic sales teamPreparing and issuing sales memorandumsUploading and maintaining property listings across relevant property portalsManaging and maintaining the Reapit databaseDiary management and coordinating appointmentsPreparing property particulars and sales-related documentationAssisting with client communication and general sales administrationProviding occasional PA support to the CEOSupporting office management and the smooth running of the officeActing as a reliable point of support for the wider sales teamKey Requirements:Previous experience within residential property/estate agency is essentialUnderstanding of property sales administrationExperience using Reapit is highly desirableExcellent organisational and time-management skillsA genuine team player with a positive, can-do ..... full job details .....
