Property Sales Negotiator

Ref: 58-JH Role: Property Sales Negotiator Salary: £27,500 – £30,000 Per Annum plus Uncapped Commission Location: Sheffield Hours: 09:00 – 17:00, Saturdays 09:00 – 12:30 Working Pattern: Monday – Friday plus 1 in 3 Saturdays Benefits: An in-house training program covering all aspects of the Company and its methods for increasing market share, including the use of software systems such as Vebra Alto Uncapped commission opportunities for sales and referral business Enrolment in to the Company Pension scheme following successful completion of probation A generous 32 day holiday entitlement including 8 Bank Holidays An additional paid day off for your birthday after successful completion of probation Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve as additional holiday The role: Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective buyers, registering enquiries and arranging appointments to view properties.

Carrying out vendor marketing updates as directed.
Negotiating offers under the direction of the Sales Manager.
Sales progression, liaising with solicitors and other agents as required and keeping all parties well informed.
Working as part of the Sales team and covering other negotiators if required Any other duties as deemed necessary to assist the team.
The successful candidate: Ideally have a minimum of 3 years previous Estate Agency experience, in a sales negotiation role Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times Display high standards of service and presentation Have good organisational and communication skills Be a vehicle owner with a full driving licence (insured for business use) Glu Recruit LTD are an equal opportunities employer and are acting as a recruitment agent in the hiring of this role.
