Reports To: Sales DirectorLocation: Office-Based, Manchester City CentreAbout the RoleWe''re looking for experienced, driven property sales professionals with a strong track record in off-plan investments and residential homes, ideally within the Manchester market. Working full-time from our city centre office, you''ll guide both investors and owner-occupiers through the purchase journey, from first enquiry through to exchange.The role combines telesales with face-to-face client meetings, so you''ll need to be just as comfortable building rapport over the phone as you are sitting across the table from a buyer. Some weekend work is required.Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Client ConversionOwn incoming enquiries and convert leads into sales and exchanges through proactive telesales and in-person meetingsLead conversations on pricing, value, timing and negotiation with both investors and owner-occupiersKeep deals moving, progress buyers actively and handle objections head-onGive clear, commercially sound advice at every stageBuild repeat business and referrals through genuine client relationshipsSales Process and CRMManage client information and deal progression accurately using the company CRMKeep daily oversight of lead progression, follow-ups and conversion statusTrack your personal pipeline from enquiry through to exchangeReport daily on sales activity, conversions and forecasted revenueProgress deals efficiently and avoid driftTeam and Personal DevelopmentWork effectively on ..... full job details .....
