This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential property, sales or shared ownership experience who is confident managing customers and coordinating the sales process from start to finish. The Role Manage the resale of shared ownership properties from initial enquiry through to completion, acting as the main point of contact for customers. Provide advice and support to homeowners and prospective purchasers throughout the process. Process buyer applications, including financial assessments and eligibility checks.
