Project Manager12 Month ContractWarwick (UK travel, office 2x per week) Our client, a leading organization within the energy sector, is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Project Manager to join their Corporate Property team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of the UK''s energy transition while managing several concurrent projects that are crucial for the organisation''s strategic property programme. Key Responsibilities:Lead multiple complex projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with established objectives and RIBA Stage 0-1 outputs.Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to develop realistic project specifications and requirements.Prepare and manage milestone project plans to facilitate effective communication and delivery.Support the Business-as-Usual (BAU) team in scoping critical asset replacement projects, influencing stakeholders for successful outcomes.Work closely with the Capex team to ensure seamless integration of project plans with minimal disruption to site operations.Proactively manage interdependencies between projects and communicate these effectively at the programme level.Conduct feasibility assessments and translate findings into project briefs with costed design options and recommendations.
