You''ll act as the client-side lead, overseeing the refurbishment from design through to completion while shaping the future operational model of the building.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of a major refurbishment projectAct as the primary client-side interface with consultants, contractors, and advisorsManage programme, budget, risks, and governanceCoordinate internal stakeholders and drive key project decisionsOversee procurement and commercial processes, including reviewing costs and paymentsEnsure compliance with planning, heritage, and statutory requirementsSupport operational readiness, including facilities management planning post-completionProvide clear reporting to senior leadership and trusteesWhat We''re Looking ForProven experience delivering £10m+ refurbishment or construction projectsStrong background in client-side project management or leading complex schemesExperience managing ..... full job details .....
