Right now, we are looking for a Property Procurement Officer to play a pivotal role in our Homelessness Service in Aldgate. Sounds great, what will I be doing? The Property Procurement Officer sources safe, affordable, and high-quality housing for individuals supported by homelessness prevention and resettlement projects. Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, the role involves negotiating with landlords, letting agents, and stakeholders in both private and social housing sectors. Strong negotiation, organisation, and relationship-building skills are essential. The officer''s work directly supports vulnerable individuals at risk of homelessness, helping them secure stable, long-term accommodation. By meeting targets and maintaining high standards, the role plays a vital part in delivering positive housing outcomes for those in need. What do I need to bring with me?
