The successful candidate will have experience in residential property management and social housing, along with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.You will be dealing with the day-to-day property management of residential tenanted portfolios, liaising with Client Landlords, Tenants and Contractors. Ensuring that all activities are in accordance with service level agreements and industry best practice. This role combines private property management, corporate private rental management and social housing. Providing excellent customer service to all parties is the priority in this role.
