Property Planner

OverviewBristol City Council are looking for an Interim Property Planner.

Responsibilities

Assess assets in terms of suitability and sufficiency to ensure the needs of service users are met.

Work within the Council''s Property Division to review, evaluate and implement property solutions to enable the most efficient delivery of services.

Collaborate with other public sector bodies, partners and the voluntary sector to facilitate improved services and coordinated asset management planning across boundaries.

Develop and maintain close working relationships with services at all levels to pro-actively support and challenge optimum use of property resources in planning and implementing service delivery.

Work with services to understand how service strategy, changes in legislation and changes in demand will affect property requirements and express this in service asset management plans.

Hybrid working with in-office presence 2 days a week.

No direct reports but operate within a wider team of 10.

Potential for a 1-5 site visits each week.
