Overview

Act as the strategic link between council services occupying property and the property department by taking a lead role in advising on all aspects of property asset management. To maximise property performance through rationalisation, cost reduction and compliance with relevant property legislation while facilitating / maintaining service delivery in the most cost effective manner.Responsibilities

Act as the strategic link between council services occupying property and the property department, taking a lead role in advising on all aspects of property asset management.Maximise property performance through rationalisation, cost reduction and compliance with relevant property legislation while facilitating / maintaining service delivery in the most cost effective manner.Work with the Asset Strategy Manager and strategic leads in services to develop service asset management plans.Ensure that information, requirements and solutions for property assets and services are considered in a corporate context by translating strategic objectives into property solutions.This role requires on site visits.Application
