Key Responsibilities Providing administrative and legal support to fee earners Assisting with residential property transactions from instruction through to completion Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties Opening and managing files in line with compliance procedures Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems What We''re Looking For Previous experience within residential property/conveyancing would be advantageous Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Confident communication skills, both written and verbal A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively ..... full job details .....
