Minimum 1 yearGood client care skills, provide professional and competent legal advice in accordance with SRA Code of conductEffective business development skills with proven marketing strategiesCapability to generate fees in accordance with agreed targetsProven experience of handling own caseloadAbility to adhere to and manage deadlinesGood drafting and writing skills, excellent communication and technical abilityThe role:Reporting to the Head of Department, the successful candidate will handle a broad range of residential property matters, and the work will include dealing with high value purchases and sales of residential property, secured lending, dealing with a range of landlord and tenant matters including drafting and negotiating leases/lease extensions, and deeds of variation and licences.Firm Location:
