Property PABattersea, South West London (SW11)£55,000 - £60,000 per annumMonday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pmThe RoleAn established, fast-paced property company based in Battersea is seeking a highly organised and proactive Property PA to support senior leadership and assist with the smooth running of a busy property portfolio.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with property experience who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys juggling multiple priorities while delivering exceptional administrative and client support.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding full PA support to senior directors within the businessManaging diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointmentsActing as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teamsAssisting with property transactions from initial enquiry through to completionLiaising with agents, solicitors, contractors, and other stakeholdersPreparing documents, reports, and property-related correspondenceManaging and updating CRM systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up to dateHandling confidential information with professionalism and discretionSupporting with property viewings, acquisitions, and general portfolio managementAttending meetings and occasional site visits when requiredAbout YouPrevious experience in a property, real estate, or related environment is essentialStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailConfident communicator with the ability to build rapport with ..... full job details .....
