A national housing association are recruiting an experienced Property Operations Manager to join a leading housing provider on an initial 6-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of responsive repairs, planned investment, major works, voids and estate services while developing long-term, high-performing contractor partnerships. The RoleReporting to the Assistant Director of Responsive Repairs and Capital Investment, you will provide operational leadership across a regional portfolio, ensuring high-quality, customer-focused services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with organisational objectives.You will lead a team of Partnering Surveyors while working collaboratively with contractors, residents and senior stakeholders to drive service excellence, value for money and continuous improvement.
