Property Operations Manager

We''re looking for a Property Operations Manager at Lyveden, to be responsible for the daily operation of this busy and much-loved National Trust site, and for introducing improvements to make it as welcoming as possible for everyone. This role is also responsible for the Priest''s House (at Easton on the Hill), working with the volunteer management group who oversee the day to day opening arrangements. What it''s like to work here Lyveden is a small property, with a small team of staff and dedicated volunteers all working together to provide great, safe experiences for our visitors. This means that everyone is ready to support where they can to make the place a success. There''s a great team spirit here and a lot of passion for the property. You''ll need to be someone that''s willing to help out where needed. As it''s primarily an outdoors site, you''ll also need to be up for working in all weathers too. What you''ll be doing You''ll line manage the Senior Visitor Experience Officer, Community, Participation and Volunteering Coordinator, Area Ranger and Business Services Coordinator.
