Property Negotiator

Our Kettering based client is seeking a highly motivated and organised Property Negotiator to join them on a part time permanent basis working (between 15 – 20 hours) Monday to Friday.

As a Property Negotiator you will support the acquisition of residential investment properties, working alongside a Senior Negotiator with established clients, you will assist throughout the purchasing process while delivering a high standard of service and detailed reporting.

Key Responsibilities for the Property Negotiator :

• Assist the Senior Negotiator in sourcing and purchasing residential investment properties
• Liaise with clients and provide regular updates
• Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports
• Support administrative tasks related to property transactions
• Ensure a high standard of communication and client service

Requirements for the Property Negotiator:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in property sales, lettings, or property administration
• Proven track record and ability to work under pressure
• Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
