The business was founded over 5 years ago and since its inception, they have amassed a creditable portfolio of 180 lettings. They have plans afoot to keep growing the business. The business is underpinned with strong value principles based on honesty, integrity and professionalism. We are seeking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to work in an office setting in the Gateshead area. As a Property Manager, you will hold responsibility for the maintenance, lettings and compliance side to the business. This is a small business and the successful candidate with be resourceful to undertake a range of tasks. Due to the size and structure of the business you will be provided freedom within the role to hold autonomy, make decisions and see how your efforts directly impact the business., This position will see you working with a range of landlords, tenants and local authorities to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
